well, this started out as a relatively simple plan
Here's a few specs for you on this one, its was a bit of a one off and something that i wasn't even sure was going to work, so i started off with a body entirely of NZ Kauri' that I've had for donkey years.  The hardest part of this build was working the Aluminum, seeing as i don't have any milling equipment , getting neck relief was the biggest challenge and was a  trial and error.  I wont bore you with all the hassle's, hick up's and dilemmas.
But never the less was a huge undertaking .
Finished off with my special herbs and spices, giving it that rustic appearance and texture !
Jeff and i original set out to convert one of his existing guitars into a fretless/Sarod "thing a me do "!  when i had this brain wave ,which in the end worked out better than expected.  Look out for him playing his Mad Max inspired guitar soon.
If you haven't had the privilege of hearing him play check him out at www.jefflang.com.au
